Hey, I'm Allen Shaffer.

I lead Shaffer Properties’ Dallas-Fort Worth expansion, helping commercial, multifamily, and campus housing owners protect their investments through proactive, concierge-level property management.

Born in Arlington and now based in Mansfield, I’m a lifelong Texan with nearly 30 years of business experience, including 29 years in the automotive parts industry before launching my own parts supply company serving U.S. military personnel stationed abroad.

I’m detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and believe great property management comes down to communication, accountability, and genuine care for both owners and tenants.

Real estate has always been a personal passion, and today I’m excited to build Shaffer DFW alongside my cousins — continuing the Shaffer family’s legacy of serving Texas property owners with integrity and hands-on service.
